Extremely welcoming location. Major diverse patrons.Awesome humidity in the humidor. You can smoke immediately. The do not ban outside cigars just have proper cigar respect. Purchase quality cigars if you are taking root on the real estate.

Such a distinct, relaxed joint. Everybody is a local and welcomes everybody as a regular. I've met more people here in 2 visits, without trying, than the past 5 years up in CT. My blood pressure lowers here and society acts like it should be here - apart from Trump's evil, vile, idiotic behavior, Burners is an anecdote. Regulars also bring their own home cooked meals/snacks to share. I am twitterpated.

The One and Only place to Buy and Enjoy the widest selection of cigars! Extremely well ventilated, lots of places to sit and relax while watching a game or hanging out with friends. The large bar will accommodate whatever sport you choose to enjoy with your stogie. Top spot and I'll definitely be back!

The absolute last word in Cigar Lounges. Rare and varied selection of boutique brands, along with limited runs from classic brands, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better venue for sticks. The staff and customers have good energy and chemistry, making it an ideal place to both pop in or spend an afternoon. I've been a regular since Burners opened, and will continue to patronage my favorite small business until ! I encourage everyone to stop by for the premiere Lake Norman cigar experience.

Stopped in while visiting family in the area. Thumbs up for the selection. Happy to see cigars I cannot find at the lounges back home. FIRST VISIT 21NOV18, 1700HRS. The sales rep. let me be when I said I was just looking. I like the experience of going through a humidor to hopefully find something new to me. I felt good vibes, made my purchase, had a quick chat with the sales rep. and headed out. If I had the time I would've stayed for a while in the lounge. SECOND VISIT, 24NOV18, 1100HRS. Based on my purchases earlier in the week I knew what I wanted to get. I certainly didn't get the same good vibes from the sales rep. who was working there today. When I responded with "no, I don't need assistance I know what I'm getting", I didn't expect him to leave the young lady customer he was talking to when I walked in, follow me into the humidor, and ask what he could find for me. I realize that he had never seen me before, but I didn't get that same welcoming vibe as I did on my first visit. I also didn't expect this sales rep. to fabricate responses to a couple of my questions about cigars. Clearly he didn't know what he was talking about, but assuming I'd fall for his line of BS was overly presumptuous on his part. Because I travel for work, I have the fortune of being able to visit cigar lounges all across the US. The proprietors of every cigar lounge I've been to has been welcoming, even if their selection and lounge weren't the greatest. I've never said this about anyone because I know how times are for some, but it's unfortunate that this sales rep. in the cigar business.

Great place to get a great cigar. Then hang out and never know a stranger before you leave. Staff has a great knowledge of cigars, products,and pipe tobacco. May17 2018 another great day at Burners. Great cigar and even better guys to hang out with. Way to start a weekend!!!!! Staff is so great!!!

I live around the corner and I love this place. Always have friendly service and a phenomenal selection. Yes they sell at retail prices and not online prices but what do you expect, they have rent to pay. Highly recommend this place.
